When you take your pets to the Vet, you are entitled to honesty, integrity and gentle care. But what most Vets, particularly the “corporate” groups that have been created to buyout existing 24 hour Vet care centers along with smaller Vet practices are dangerous to you and your pet.

Here’s why: The GREED that goes with over-treatment ‘recommendations’ and even fear mongering to strongly seduce you into submitting to their expensive, and often unnecessary treatments is putting your dog or cat’s life at great risk.
The VCA, for example, used to be owned by “BrightHeart” but were bought out by The Marrs Candy Company. What is a candy company doing in the Veterinarian world? Money.
First, they are a toxic company to begin with– sugar, processed chemicals and excito-toxins to ‘taste’ like chocolate with slave trade, unfair trade practices in third world countries that abuses low wages and literally enslaves human beings in those countries for their own profit.
Is this a company you want running your Vet’s offices, Emergency Rooms or diagnostics? I certainly hope not.
Lots of people, to the tune of several Billions of dollars a year, spend oodles amount of money on their precious pets for Vet care, healthy food [another topic], toys, treats, beds, etc.
Make no mistake, it is a lucrative business. But you are being blind-sided by the greed and the incredible manipulation of slick marketing and PR to get you to believe that the average medical practices of vaccines [huge money maker that intoxicates your pet’s body with mercury and other toxins], surgeries, testing, blood work, x-rays, etc., is doing YOU and your pet any good…. it is NOT…. IT is NOT… IT IS NOT!

Many “Holistic” Veterinarians are not much better. The enticement of up-front, high-paying Clients with their beloved pets is just too good a combination to be passed up for many Charlatans who will, indeed, SAY they are “holistic” or “natural” but you need to be constantly, succinctly aware of the atmosphere, attitude, ABILITIES, and recommendations of each and every Vet you meet and work with.
Too many Vets who have claimed to be “Holistic” or even just “experts” in any particular service, in my past experiences, have been just as bad with misdiagnoses, recommending unnecessary surgeries and even missing obvious clues for an ailing pet who needs immediate care in a 24 hour, good facility.
However, this is not to say that I have not found amazing, caring, excellent Holistic Vets…. I have, and I am very happy with the female Vets that I have found who don’t need to promote themselves or advertise or get themselves on talk shows… they are just simply down-to-earth and really care about the great love that you have for your pet in need.
And you need to DOUBLE your precautions with “Conventional” Vets… You need to be like a Stealth Warrior and Advocate for your pet. My advice is to not bother with any Vet who has no additional training in ‘gentle’ care [a true training], Nutrition, Vitamins/Herbs/Mineral supplements and other pro-active practices like vitamin drips, laser therapy, ozone, etc.
The whole point to this warning is to get you to look at the reality of Business in Vet care. It can be cold, numbers-oriented, and calculating. It can be deceptive, abusive, and deadly.

And who is really there for you once you are a Victim? The system we are currently subjected to has never favored the Victim in any circumstance, and until the laws change [and they need to, immediately] to recognize our pets as valued family members, then you are on your own and the bad Vet and practice only has to game the system with outright lies, blame, shame and other dirty tricks to avoid ANY discipline.
Be ten steps ahead of anyone in any transaction, but particularly in any Health Care system. And this is multiplied many times over in the Vet care industry.

*This post was written in dedication to the loving memory of Angel our cat, who was killed by a rough-handling, abusive Veterinarian at the VCA hospital in Bedford, NY for a simple blood test at the advanced age of 16. We love you, Angie. We are so sorry we trusted an unqualified, wretched “vet” with your care.
We now lift our eyes and hearts to the Lord for justice, strength, peace, and wisdom.
